Initial consultation and biometric screening includes a rapid blood lipid panel and glucose, blood pressure measurement and body fat percent. Results will be reviewed in detail and a customized wellness lifestyle plan will be created to fit your unique needs to help you get back to yourself again! This option also includes 2 follow-up visits at no additional charge.
